I've been practicing a new move A LOT for about a week (the 5-beat weave -- whew!) And I've gotten so much better with it -- which reminded me how incredibly beneficial frequent practice can be. Maybe you can't make it to class multiple times a week, but maybe you can practice a little bit every day at home. How about working on one move for the length of one song every day for the rest of February? Some moves you can do inside, but you could also take advantage of these mild temps and head outside (heck, it's just a few minutes!) Pick a move and commit to a few minutes of daily practice.
