Celebrate Hoop Joy’s third anniversary with a free 1-hour basics class to introduce you to the fun and fitness of hooping!
We will laugh, we will burn calories and we will build strength and flexibility while we play with these pretty circles. Prepare to challenge your body and brain! Hooping is a fabulous tool for healthy aging.
Bring water. Wear comfortable clothes for exercising. Clean shoes or bare feet are both fine.
